The process takes under two minutes. Once verified, you gain immediate access to your research command center.

The research command center is your personalized dashboard for engaging with MetaQuant Global. From it you can explore active research programs, track your participation, access sector briefings, manage your profile and security settings, and communicate with our support team — all from a single unified interface.

Identity verification is optional but recommended. Verified accounts gain access to extended platform features and priority support. You can submit verification documents through the Security section of your research command center at any time.

We employ 256‑bit SSL encryption, TOTP-based two-factor authentication, session management, and continuous login activity monitoring. You can enable 2FA from your research command center's security settings for an additional layer of protection. See our Security page for full details.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. A secure password reset link will be sent to your inbox. For security, reset links expire after 60 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Personal information can be updated through the Profile section of your research command center. Email address changes require re-verification for security purposes. If you encounter issues, our support team can assist with profile updates.

We employ enterprise-grade security: AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, DDoS mitigation, continuous intrusion monitoring, and automated encrypted backups.
